Our History

Founded in 2013 by a Marine Corps and Navy veteran, Broadway Ventures was built on the core values of honor, courage, and commitment. What began as a small business with a bold vision has quickly grown into a trusted partner for organizations seeking forward-thinking solutions. Today, we proudly employ around 125 professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in every project.

The name “Broadway” symbolizes the broad potential we saw in our capabilities, while “Ventures” reflects our early focus on joint ventures as a key strategy for securing our first contracts. Broadway Ventures is now the controlling member of several joint ventures, including Fed Pro Services, Vetshare Services, Techsched Services, and Ameripro Group.

Over time, we have evolved into a prime contractor, operating independently of joint ventures. This growth reflects our commitment to small business programs like the 8(a), SDVOSB, and HUBZone initiatives, which empower businesses like ours to become competitive prime contractors. Additionally, our mentor-protégé relationships have provided valuable guidance, allowing us to mature and expand our capabilities beyond joint ventures.
