Who We Are

Broadway Ventures is a multidisciplinary Enterprise IT, Artificial Intelligence, and cybersecurity professional services contractor and consultancy. We have offices in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Amite, Louisiana and employees located across the United States. We have performed contracts throughout the U.S. and around the world. Broadway has a successful mentor protégé relationship with Palmetto GBA and is the managing member in our joint ventures – Techsched Services and Vetshare Services. We have proudly served as a prime contractor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Air Force. We understand that federal contract awards are more than binding agreements; they are a link to millions of Americans and with that comes high expectations. Commercially, we assisted in providing cyber security assessments for Chevron’s industrial base.

Broadway maintains its own internal Artificial Intelligence research and development laboratory and business unit, Virtual Inertia A.I. Labs. This unit focuses on supporting DoD small business research grants and opportunities that advance the state of the art in data modernization, AI integration, and knowledge graphs, which we share with our customers through our professional services.

Our History

Broadway Ventures began in 2013 as a consultancy in the historic Canton, Mississippi, post office. Broadway’s majority owner, a disabled Navy and Marine Corps veteran, afforded Broadway the designation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and with HUBZone, helped Broadway secure our first contracts. In 2014, we won our first contracts with the U.S. Department of State to design and administer insurance programs in Central and South America. In 2018, we started working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), assisting Medicare beneficiaries with non-affirmed transportation for Repetitive, Scheduled Non-Emergent Ambulance Transportation (RSANT). Broadway soon grew from a one-person operation into an organization of five employees. In the fall of 2019, CMS awarded us the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Improvement Data Validation and Review contract. Over the next two years, Broadway was awarded two contracts to review over 500,000 claims on the CMS Jurisdiction J and Jurisdiction M, and Railroad Retirement Board Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) contracts. In December 2021, Broadway acquired Virtual Inertia Corporation, holder of Cyber Security and Enterprise IT Services contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and merged the two companies in May of 2023. In the fall of 2023, Broadway began our first environmental consulting contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, conducting a water resiliency study.

In a period of less than 10 years, Broadway Ventures has grown from a single consultant into a deep-rooted, mid-tier, small- business professional services provider.
